Many of you aren't thinking about Christmas yet, but if you're anything like me, I wait for it all year! I love Christmas--the magical feel it brings to my heart, people helping and selflessly giving to others, the lights and decorations--it definitely holds a special allure for me.
What do you do when you can't spend it with loved ones because Covid-19 is running rampant through the streets?
Are you someone who is used to vacationing over Christmas, but can't because of flight cancellations?
Maybe your relatives are close to you, but you feel it isn't safe to see them at all because of the World Health safety guidelines.
Whatever the case, don't let this pandemic break your Christmas spirit! Do whatever it takes to make this Christmas memorable.
Decorate more, cook a huge meal and pamper yourself, watch movies and laugh with family, or spend time on the phone with friends or relatives. There is still SO much joy to be had this season!
Sure, it may not be the huge, extravagant affair you're used to having, and those relatives you only get to see once a year will be missed (or not hahaha), but creating your own fun and making it special for you--maybe even giving back to those in need--will make this holiday season one you will never forget!
And hey, you won't have to make up an excuse to duck out of "Aunt Peggy's" house when "Uncle Charlie" is three sheets to the wind and pretending to be superman in a speedo😉
